At the entrance to the old town with all its amenities, right by the canal, stands the “Maison Paccard”, home of the official decorator to King Hassan II of Morocco for fifteen years. Inside this building we have a “five-star” loft for two people, covering 105 m²! André Paccard, a patron, artist of genius and businessman with a megalomaniac streak, had wild ambitions for this house, which he had fallen in love with. So expect the exceptional, with impressive room sizes, century-old beams contrasting with the minimalism of the wrought iron guardrail, designer furniture, works of art that are sure to awaken your contemplative side, a sauna for well-being and blissful relaxation, a private lift and more. Ein ganz besonderes Apartment über 3 Level. Sehr hochwertige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Alles super sauber und im sehr guten Zustand. Die Lage ist perfekt mitten in der Altstadt. Natürlich sehr belebt und dadurch nicht leise, aber dafür sehr kurze Wege, und man ist mitten drin. Wir haben das sehr genossen insbesondere weil an dem Wochenende Fete du Lac Feuerwerk stattfand. Eigenen Parkplatz gibt es leider nicht aber, 10 min Fussweg gibt es ein öffentliches Parkhaus mit 2,3,5 Tages Pakete. Der Service von Alexandra war aussergewöhnlich kundenfreundlich. Profesionelles Auftreten, sehr flexibel bei Check-in/out, schnelle Kommunikation über WhatsApp auch am Wochenende und tolle Unterlagen mit Empfehlungen zur Freizeitgestaltung und Infrastruktur, so dass man nicht zum Touristbüro gehen muss. Наяву все выглядит еще лучше, чем на фотографиях. Изумительный вид из окон на церковь, канал и озеро. Очень удобная лестница в спальную зону. Собственная терраса с видом на средневековый замок. Два санузла и огромная ванная комната с ванной, отличным душем и сауной. Есть все необходимое для комфортного и длительного проживания : отлично оборудованная кухня, стиральная и сушильная машины. Вся техника функционируют великолепно. Кондиционирование помещения устроено наилучшим образом. В квартиру можно подняться на собственном лифте. Рядом озеро, все достопримечательности, магазины, ресторанчики в шаговой доступности. Несмотря на огромное количество туристов, в квартире тихо. Покой, свежесть и удобный матрас дают возможность прекрасно выспаться и восстановить силы. Мы приехали в Анси намного раньше времени заезда. Но владельцы апартаментов пошли нам на встречу и сделали все возможное, чтобы ускорить наше заселение. Ровно в назначенное время очаровательная Александра встретила нас в дверях дома, провела полный инструктаж, дала полезные советы. Кроме этого в гостинной много печатной информации по Анси и окрестностям. Для любителей технических новинок-эта квартира с изюминкой, управление светом, жалюзи и кондиционером принесет новый интересный опыт.
