#### Bien situé

Appartement très bien situé à 5/10 min à pieds du centre ville. Place de parking privée très appréciable. Logement petit (on peut le voir sur l’annonce donc rien de surprenant). Cependant, bien équipé pour sa taille (plaque induction, bouilloire…). De plus, tout le nécessaire est présent (serviettes, produits de toilettes…) ce qui est agréable. Légèrement bruyant car situé au rez de chaussé près des portes. Hôtes très accessible et réponses rapides.
