You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass along the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot. In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, accommodating up to 4 people, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom with toilet. Each room is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and plenty of storage space In the living room find a television with international channels overlooking a large terrace Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, high speed WiFi Linen will be provided for your stay. ATTENTION: a construction site is currently underway near the apartment. A private covered garage is included with the booking of the apartment. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you will be able to walk throughout your stay. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path is all around the lake) Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled at the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life. Jolie vue lac depuis le salon, petit bémol sur la spacieuse terrasse qui offre une vue essentiellement sur les immeubles d'en face (mais pas trop proche) et une vue de coté sur le lac.
