You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass along the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot. In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, accommodating up to 4 people, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom with toilet. Each room is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and plenty of storage space In the living room find a television with international channels overlooking a large terrace Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, high speed WiFi Linen will be provided for your stay. ATTENTION: a construction site is currently underway near the apartment. A private covered garage is included with the booking of the apartment. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you will be able to walk throughout your stay. Jolie vue lac depuis le salon, petit bĂ©mol sur la spacieuse terrasse qui offre une vue essentiellement sur les immeubles d'en face (mais pas trop proche) et une vue de cotĂ© sur le lac. Appartement avec tout le confort moderne, très propre bien isolĂ© et très bien Ă©quipĂ© avec un mobilier de qualitĂ© et de bonnes literies. Le garage est très apprĂ©ciable. Cadre sublime et reposant, on s'y sent comme Ă  la maison, le plus c'est la terrasse et cette vue magnifique sur le lac d'Annecy. Je recommande sans hĂ©sitation ##### Tallard d. SOn point fort est l'emplacement (Ă  7 min Ă  pied de la mairie et vielle ville) Il est fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, pratique, agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, belle vue (quartier en cours de construction donc grues et immeubles en chantier jusqu'en 2022). Nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© dĂ©rangĂ©s par le bruit, l'appartement est bien isolĂ©.
