Ideal for 4 people, 1 bathroom with shower. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without elevator. Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps". The room has a bed 160x200cm (King Size) as well as many storage. The apartment is equipped with a TV with international channels, high-speed WiFi, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. Linen will be provided for your stay. ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. The accommodation is on the 1st floor without elevator. 🅿️The nearest car park is the Post Office car park located 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. Breakfast delivery possible from € 9,90 / person/ day. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake and Esplanade du Paquier is a 5-minute walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake). Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Living room furniture seemed a little tired looking but linens were fresh and clean, bathroom was great and having a washing machine was a big bonus! It was quite hot the weekend we were there. I would suggest making fans available to guests since there was no air conditioning. Quick walk from train station and close to everything!! L’emplacement hyper central Ă©tait idĂ©al pour nous et nous n’avons pas eu de mal Ă  nous garer en plein mois d’aoĂ»t dans les rues environnantes. Revers de la mĂ©daille de cette situation centrale, c’est un peu bruyant si vous voulez vivre fenĂŞtres ouvertes. Équipements modernes et qualitatifs (les fauteuils par ex). Seules ombres au tableau : - le canapĂ© lit pas très confortable - le Wifi un peu capricieux (nous dĂ» redĂ©marrer plusieurs fois) ##### Francois M.
