## Space
Delivered brand new in June 2021, this cosy and fully equipped apartment will charm you with its décor, which combines the appeal of a ‘tropical chalet’ style with high-quality furnishings.
Spacious and comfortable, it is ideal for two people, a couple with a child, or up to four people thanks to its genuine 160 cm wide double sofa bed, offering optimal comfort and ease of use.
Hallway: Large cupboard with shelf, chest of drawers, storage, coat rack
Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen features a built-in oven, a dishwasher (with tablets provided), a large fridge, a freezer, three induction hobs, an extractor hood, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a hand blender, as well as raclette and fondue sets and a plancha. You will also find a full set of frying pans, saucepans, baking dishes, plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery. The dining area consists of a round wooden table with four matching wooden chairs, as well as a high chair.
Living room: The living room is equipped with a 160 cm wide sofa bed, a smart TV with Google Chromecast, a throw and plenty of cushions for added comfort. You’ll also find a JBL speaker (with a charger), dimmable lighting, a coffee table and decorative plants.
Bedroom: The bedroom features a large walk-in wardrobe with storage shelves, a 160 cm wide queen-size bed fitted with high-quality bedding, and separate dimmable lamps on either side. It also has double bedside shelves, pillows and a duvet for optimal comfort. You can also enjoy a view of the mountains from the bed.
Bathroom / WC: The bathroom is equipped with ample storage space with shelves, a wall-mounted toilet, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath, and a shower. It also includes a washer-dryer, a hairdryer, soap and shampoo, a shower mat, an electric towel rail, as well as household accessories such as a broom, dustpan and brush, a scrubbing brush, a mop and a clothes horse.
Balcony: The balcony features an outdoor dining area comprising a round metal table and four matching chairs. It is decorated with plants and has outdoor lighting, offering a pleasant setting despite being overlooked.
Parking: Private parking space within the residence. Please note that it is not possible to drive in or out on Saturday mornings (from 5am to 3pm) due to the market on Boulevard Taine. Other: The flat has fibre broadband and Wi-Fi for a fast connection. It is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets. A secure bicycle storage room is available on site. The roof terrace, accessible from 10 am to 10 pm, offers a 180° panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. Every Saturday morning, a market selling local produce is held in the street at the foot of the building.

Appartement bien
L'appartement est sympa, propre, bien équipé, bien situé.
Il manquait, selon nous, un kit d'accueil un peu plus complet, sachant que nous y passions juste un week end.
Cependant nous dirons qq petits Couacs avec la conciergerie du faite de 1ere location de ce bien et pour le coup réactivité décevante.
