This apartment can accommodate 4 people, on the 1st floor without elevator. The bedroom has a 140x190 bed and the living room has a sofa bed. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🅿️ The apartment is located on a pedestrian street. Parking is possible at the Sainte Claire or Chateau underground car parks. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from 9.90€ / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
