Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.
The bedroom has a double bed, the living room is equipped with a sofa bed. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 2 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).
🅿️ The apartment is located in a new residence. Parking is in the garage located in the basement.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Appartement confortable
Accueil chaleureux de Nicolas et très compréhensif quant à l'heure du départ.( Problème de voiture) . Appartement très confortable avec une belle terrasse.Linge de lit et de toilette fourni.Nous avons apprécié le lit fait à l'arrivée. Bon emplacement près du lac. A recommander.

L emplacement pour se rendre à pied dans la vieille ville est idéal
Très bel appartement, mais en rez-de-chaussée (pas signalé dans l annonce) l avenue Tresum est un peu bruyante, on s'habitue 😉
