Nous avons passés un agréable séjour. Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Proche commerces et vieille ville. Petit bémol : nous avons eu l’appartement en retard par rapport à l’horaire prévu dans le contrat. Par ailleurs, le lave vaisselle était inutilisable (sale et malodorant). C’est dommage parce que le reste de l’appartement était très propre. En dehors de ces incidents, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cette location.

Expérience superbe!
Nous avons été agréablement surpris à tous les niveaux! Proche du lac et du centre-ville! Supermarché et boulanger juste à côté. Parking dans la rue. Appartement bien agencé et très bien équipé! Idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants.

Séjour en famille
Trés bon accueil des concierges.
Appartement spacieux, bien équipé (produits de première nécessité inclus) et bien situé pour toutes les activités. La gare SNCF est trés proche.
Le ménage est perfectible (vraisemblablement l'appartement n'était pas loué depuis un moment et nous avons trouvé beaucoup de poussière.: rideaux, meubles...voir également la propreté des balcons). Pour autant la salle de bain et les sanitaires étaient corrects.
Du bruit en raison notamment de la circulation.

Never again
Be very careful! The host forgot our reservation, after an hour an half, he finally picked his phone, he didn’t say sorry and he lied to us. He even asked us to make a walk for another hour, however, we had to explain to police because the curfew had started. The house was dirty, no soap no cleaning product. We cancelled our stay, the host did not pay our money back, he charged full €460, however we did not even in that dirty accommodation. The house smelled the smoke we made pictures of the dirt. We had to find urgently another accommodation. Be very careful, we do not at all recommend this place. We also reported this to the Tourism Office.

Ménage superficiel et conciergerie pas impliquée
Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans cet appartement bien situé avec nos deux enfants. Malheureusement, plusieurs points nous ont gênés :
-le lave-vaiselle ne fonctionnait pas (la conciergerie était au courant et ne nous a pas prévenu, elle nous a envoyé un réparateur que le 3e jour)
-le ménage était fait de manière très superficielle dans tout l'appartement (loin d'être renforcé en ces temps de Covid)
-le dernier jour nous avons oublié le doudou de notre fils dans l'appartement (le conciergerie semblait s'en ficher complètement et malgré nos relances, toujours aucun retour de leur part).

Nice and well located appartment in the city centre
The apartment is located some five minutes walking from the Old Town. There is a bakery next door and a City Carrefour 20m further down the road. The apartment contains everything one needs, is clean and nicely furnished. As it is also reasonably priced, I would look no further if you're looking for something in town. You'll find everything at walking distance.
Parking can be done in the street, but is rather expensive and it is not always easy to find a spot. You can however decide to leave your car in Parking Chévène, 7 minutes walking and cheaper than all other parkings. The apartment is also easily accessible on foot from the railway and bus stations, for those who travel through public transport.

Excellente situation...
Un appartement un peu ancien mais remarquablement restauré, mobilier et électroménager de bonne qualité, il a 2 petits balcons et une loggia, spacieux et confortable pour 4 personnes, un peu bruyant, circulation auto/moto, camions de livraison etc..., mais c'est au centre ville !!! L'avantage de cette situation: il est à 10mn du lac, 10mn de la vieille ville (sans la foule...) à 10mn de la gare, à 10mn d'un grand parking souterrain (un peu cher, mais comme dans toutes les grandes villes...) à 20 mètres d'une supérette etc...
Je le recommande sans problème !!!

Bel appartement agréable.
Espace cuisine et salon très sympa.
