The room is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size). The living room has a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) and a TV. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, high-speed WiFi Linen will be provided for your stay. The accommodation is on the 1st floor without elevator. 🅿️Two private parking spaces are included with the apartment reservation. Important: the apartment is non-smoking. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake) Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps". Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. The apartment was comfortable and just a short walk from the beautiful Anncy lake and a very pleasant 15 minute walk around the lake to the old town. There is a TV with Netflix and Amazon prime. Il est clair, propre et bien agencĂ©. De plus les 2 places de parking incluses dans la location sont très apprĂ©ciables. Bref, si nous revenons Ă  Annecy, nous savons oĂą nous irons ! L'appartement est très propre, refait Ă  neuf, moderne et spacieux. Le logement est très propre, très agrĂ©able, très calme. L’appartement est très bien placĂ©, proche du lac et des commerces. Il dispose d’un parking pour deux voitures.
