You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass on the edge of the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot. In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, ideal for 2 people and for up to 4 people, on the 1st floor with elevator. The room is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm and plenty of storage The living room has a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) and a TV. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The apartment is also equippe high-speed WiFi The bathroom has a bath and the toilet are separate. Linen will be provided for your stay. ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. 🅿️ The apartment does not have private parking. Parking is possible at the foot of the residence (paying during the day but free in the evening and Sunday) or at the car parks of the Marquisats or the Hotel de Police. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake) Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps". ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. Très propre, bien équipé et décoré. Petite terrasse appréciable. Le seul point négatif est le stationnement, impossible de se garer sur place, il faut garer la voiture sur un parking payant et marcher 10 mn.
