This apartment, on the 3rd floor with elevator, can accommodate 4 people. The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed and the second 2 single beds (possibility to bring them together to make a double). You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine... The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and the toilet are separate. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is 15 minutes away by bus. Line 2, at the foot of the building, takes you directly to the city centre. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path goes all around the lake). 🅿️ The apartment has a private garage box equipped with an electric socket dedicated to electric charging. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
