This apartment can accommodate 4 people on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed (Queen Size) and the second has 2 single beds. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a Senseo coffee machine, a raclette machine... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate. A fan is available in each room. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 10 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🅿️ Parking is possible in co-ownership in free placement (no private place). 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
