L'Annexe du 43 - Beautiful T3 for 4 people with balcony
Discover the lake, the city center and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people on the ground floor.
The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed (Queen Size) and the second has 2 single beds. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a Senseo coffee machine, a raclette machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate.
A fan is available in each room.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 10 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).
🅿️ Parking is possible in co-ownership in free placement (no private place).
🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Très bon logement
Fidèle à l'annonce, le logement est très propre, refait récemment avec qualité.
Proche du lac, légèrement excentré par rapport à la vieille ville mais encore une fois pas de surprise c'est bien expliqué dans l'annonce. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Parfait !
Très bel appartement, très bien entretenu, propre, copropriété calm, bien situé, à 10 minutes du lac, boulangerie et commerces proches, pas besoin de voiture ! Parking commun avec de la place.
