Nice stay

Apartment with a nice view, however a little bit worn interior and kitchen not well equipped. Check in and out very convenient, close to the lake (10 min walk).

Good location in the university district and not too far from the old town; unit was well maintained bit parking spot was too small for our vehicle so that was challenging, otherwise decent place

The best part about this place is the views. They are even better than in the photo. Proximity to the lake and to shopping and restaurants is also good, even though this is in a residential section. Furnishings are not particularly comfortable -- bare minimum of supplies and quality for everything. Communication with the rental agency was extremely difficult. Messages sent through VRBO were generally not responded to. Same for those sent through the agency's "contact us" form. If you want to communicate, you need to call their phone number.

Beautiful Annecy

This is a beautiful property & the photos on the website are accurate. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony admiring the mountain views. Great location for the lake and town. Some noise from traffic/neighbouring bar but this is a city break so to be expected. We would recommend more mirrors as there is only one in the bathroom.
