I contacted VRBO directly for assistance and they attempted to contact host with no response. While the issue at hand was minor (no internet), the total lack of response was shocking. If we would have had a major issue, we would have had no way to resolve. At the time of this posting (2 weeks after my stay) the host still has t responded.
