The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator. It is non-smoking, this is really important. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake). ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. 🅿️The nearest car park is the Post Office car park located 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from € 9.90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Dommage que le proprio ne se déplace pas pour nous accueillir et nous aider avec les clés et la télé. La serrure est spéciale, il faut pousser sur la clé pour déverrouiller la porte et cela nous a pris quelques minutes pour y arriver. On aurait aussi apprécié une ou deux doses de café pour le premier matin. Pour le reste, l’appartement est spacieux et super bien situé, la literie est de qualité et il y a beaucoup de serviettes et même des draps et oreillers en plus, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. ##### Nathalie A.
