She was unable to meet me personally for check in, but was very communicative and had a trusted friend help me settle in which worked out great for my schedule. The home is clean, comfortable, in a quiet, safe neighbourhood, and is very close to bus routes to get around- though it's only about a half hour walk into town (near the Bonlieu centre.) Due to an emergency, I had to cut my visit short by a day, and Heidi was very understanding and accommodating about it, which I appreciate. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because there was no wifi when advertised, and I really could have used it for work. I had to pay for an additional e-sim instead.
