This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. 🅿️ A private parking space can be reserved in addition at a rate of €25/day. The first bedroom is equipped with a 180x200cm (King Size) bed and a shower room. The second is also equipped with a 180x200cm (King Size) bed and a bathroom. Both rooms are equipped with a TV. One separate toilet equips the accommodation. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, air conditioning and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a coffee machine, washing machine and dryer... Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 15 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
