Comfortable apartment of 60 m2\. Located on the 9th and last floor of a dominant building, offering a panoramic view, due south on the lake, the old town and the mountains.
Refurbished in 2011\. Designed to accommodate 4 to 6 people.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry. Two independent bedrooms and a modular main room (living room + dining room transformable into a closed bedroom + dining area). This room opens onto a terrace closed by sliding windows.
The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the pedestrian streets and shops. Equidistant from the sports center (swimming pool - ice rink - stadium). At the foot of the building, urban transport and a small shopping center open until 10 p.m.

Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad. Fijn appartement, alles zoals beschreven en alles op loopafstand. 10 Minuten lopen van het gezellige centrum, 5 minuten naar de bakker en de supermarkt, 15 minuten lopen naar het strand. We hebben rondom het meer gefietst, echt een aanrader (ca 40 km). Honden zijn overdag niet welkom op het strand. Vandaar dat ik iedere ochtend en soms ‘s avonds met onze hond naar het water ging en dan kon ze er wel in.

Appartement propre et agréable avec vu panoramique sur la ville et les environs, situé dans un quartier calme à deux pas du centre ville et de toutes les commodités : on peut tout faire à pied ! Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à la découverte d’Annecy. L’appartement est très bien équipé et bien situé (12min du centre ville, 15-20min du lac, 15min de la gare). #### Très bel appartement idéalement placé
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec la famille dans ce bel appartement efficace de par son emplacement (à 25min à pied du lac et 15-20min du Vieux Annecy) et son agencement. Propriétaires avenants et sympathiques, ils nous ont sauvés de l'ennui (à cause de la météo pas forcément toujours avec nous mais ce fut rare quand même) grâce aux boîtes de jeux disponibles dans l'appartement. Je recommande.

Appartement agréable et bien situé (15 mns à pied de la vieille ville et du lac ) mais rocade côté chambre simple et salon donc impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes de ce côté et accès impossible avec poussette ou fauteuil roulant car l'ascenceur est au premier étage.

Appartement confortable, spacieux, très bien situé. Nous nous sommes rendus au lac et au centre ville à pied, tous les commerces utiles sont au pied de l'immeuble. Location idéale pour visiter Annecy ! Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis, merci à vous !

#### Semaine merveilleuse en famille
Excellent séjour dans une ville magnifique. Le lac et la vieille ville sont à portée de jambes (20 minutes environ). Le stationnement est libre au pied de l'immeuble. Des commerces de proximité y sont également présents : une très bonne boulangerie, un Carrefour City et une pharmacie. L'appartement est impeccable et bien équipé. Les photos sont conformes à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. M. et Mme Richard nous ont réservé un très bon accueil et sont de bons conseils pour les visites à faire sur place et dans les environs ( + book disponible dans l'appartement). Pour conclure : oui, on conseille vivement, et espérons avoir l'occasion d'y retourner.

nous avons passez un excellent séjour dans ce joli appartement situé tout en haut de l'immeuble.il correspond tout à fait au photo et est d'une propreté irréprochable. le balcon fermé en véranda est un plus. idéalement situé à 10mn du lac et du vieux Annecy. commerce au pied de l'appartement '(carrefour city et un excellent boulanger)les propriétaires sont charmants et la région est magnifique , idéale pour les amateurs de vélos (voie verte ) ou de ballade à piedau bord du lac à refaire à 2 en ammoureux.

#### Agréable séjour
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet appartement très pratique et à côté du centre historique d'Annecy: 15 mn à pied ou via les bus (station en bas de l'immeuble). Commerces à proximité dont un petit Carrefour très pratique pour les courses sans prendre sa voiture. L'appartement est assez spacieux pour accueillir 3 adultes et 2 enfants sans être les uns sur les autres. De plus, il très bien équipé: nombreux rangements entre autre avec un cellier et une cave! La salle de bain est certes, un peu petite, mais nous nous en sommes très bien accommodé. Nous recommandons cette location et nous remercions les propriétaires de leur accueil!
