It features a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a separate dining room. Three bedrooms with dressing room and three bathrooms perfect this apartment decorated with luxury and refinement. Its location in the pedestrian streets of Old Annecy will offer you proximity to the lake as well as the many restaurants and shops. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a small elevator, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Linen will be provided for your stay: sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Arrivals are possible between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. - Departure at 10 a.m. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. We were warmly greeted in front of the apartment and shown around the apartment - which is as beautiful as the photographs in the listing - if not more so. It's very spacious and the kitchen has all your needs. The master bedroom is very large with super comfortable bed and large tub and separate shower. I should add that there is an elevator - which is great! The apartment is a very short walking distance to the lake/park and to all the shopping in the area and lots of great restaurants. I highly recommend L'Etage - right across the street. Annecy is so charming and I'd go back both to the city and the apartment in a heartbeat! ##### terry r.
