Discover the city center and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes". This apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people, located on the 1st floor without a lift. It is located just behind the Galeries Lafayette, 5 minutes walk from the lake and the Albigny promenade. The main room is equipped with a 140x190 (Double) sofa bed with plenty of storage. Television, high speed wifi, all the necessary equipment for a good stay awaits you such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine... The bedroom has a 160x200 bed (Queen Size). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move around without a car throughout your stay. The lake is a 5 minute walk away. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake). 🅿️ Parking is possible in the neighboring streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Bonlieu underground car park. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person / day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. L'équipement électroménager est en excellent état et, chose rare, les manuels d'utilisation sont à disposition. La vaste cuisine est certainement la pièce la plus agréable. A 15 minutes à pied de la Gare d'Annecy et une dizaine de minutes du Lac. Un Monoprix à 10 minutes dans le centre commercial Courier (près de la Gare) et un magasin BioFrais dans le centre Nouvelles Galeries, juste à côté de l'appartement. Arrêts de bus à proximité. Accueil très sympathique de Marwa qui nous a remis les clés à notre arrivée. Je n'en dirais pas autant de la Conciergerie du Lac qui gère ce bien en location saisonnière. Le gros bémol est l'insonorisation quasiment nulle de l'immeuble.
