"The Blue Heron cottage was one of the best stocked little cottages I've ever stayed at, incredibly well appointed with dishes, towels, extra blankets ect. I'm always disappointed by the lack of tools to cook in a place but not here! Plus a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. A perfect little getaway for my partner and I. "My family gathered from three different US states to celebrate our mother's 90th birthday in Waverley Cottage. The owner was very responsive to our every need, even installing a grab bar in the bathroom for his oldest guest so far! The cottage was plenty spacious for the eight of us, and so lovely, allowing spectacular views of the lake on three sides. We especially appreciated the outdoor spaces, taking morning coffee on the dock, relaxing on one of the decks, and sharing family time around the...

"This was our second stay at Legacy and both times have been terrific! Everything we needed to enjoy our week. The grandchildren loved playing in the yard and frequent trips to the beach. "Was a wonderful stay and we ended up with more family arriving with kids so we were able to sleep lots!! Had everything you need!! Only feedback would be-the gas was cut while we were there which resulted in lots of grass being tracked inside and we spent a lot of time cleaning grass out of the cottage-which is not how you want to spend your vacation/time."

"This was a cozy cottage on the Bay of Fundy that owners are in the process of upgrading. Location was perfect… a few things needed to be addressed as in stained pillows needed to be replaced…pipes and electrical wires needed to be covered by a ceiling…All in all our group of five really enjoyed and appreciated what owners were doing to upgrade it … Hot tub was an added bonus."

"The house has the characteristics of a peaceful era of time gone by! If walls could talk the history of the house would be full of stories! At one time it was probably the queen peering over the bay, anticipating the arrival of fishing boats! The house was clean and accommodating for our stay! Enjoyed the daily visitation of the humming birds! Amazing! Thank you for sharing your home with us!"
