Welcome to the Amie House on Anna Maria Island. Modern Amie House is perfectly situated a short 4 minute walk to the pristine white sands of Anna Maria Island’s North Shore. Multiple deck areas, bright and gorgeous rooms allow guests to find their perfect spot for making memories.

This home has a heated pool and spa (year-round at no additional charge) for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Please note that pool is kept around 86F depending upon season. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters do not run overnight and cooler ambient temperatures (>20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures than the pool but does not remain on or reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub.

Garage is not available for parking a vehicle.

We strongly recommend all Guests acquire cancel for any reason Travel Insurance Policies, as these policies may provide Guests financial protection in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen events, including pandemic, extreme weather, and acts of God which could render the property uninhabitable.
We are doing everything to be fair and flexible, however we do have to maintain our small business. When we confirm your reservation, we are promising to hold your dates.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home is well appointed with bikes, pool toys, games and all you need to enjoy the property. The floor plan worked perfectly for us, with young adult kids. The kitchen was inviting and spacious, perfecting cook fresh seafood from the nearby seafood market. AMI’s perfect beaches just a short walk or bike away. Host was helpful and communicative. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return soon!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying in Nicole’s home! I’ve stayed in quite a few rental properties, and this was one of the nicest and well stocked properties I’ve been to. The pool was amazing, as well as the rooftop deck. Not to mention, it was a very quick walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever in AMI!

Beautiful Home and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Amie House from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The owners thought of all the details to make our stay easy and convenient, and the home was very nicely equipped to handle a wide variety of needs. Amazing stay at the Amie House!

We have stayed in AMI for the last four years. And the Amie house was our favorite it was FANTASTIC. The house is beautiful and located so close to the beach. All bases were covered for a rental property from beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, etc. Overall the house is spectacular, a must for families looking for a very short walk to the beach and space to spread out as a family. This home will keep you coming back to AMI. We would absolutely book again!

Lovely home in great location

Terrific stay for our first time in Anna Maria Island. A great way to enjoy it is with this beautiful home that has everything in the best part of the island. House was superb, and the access to beach and to fun Pine Avenue terrific. The bikes that come with the house and garage rec room and all the beach needs a major bonus. Thanks Nicole!

Amazing Property

This was an amazing property. The whole experience was wonderful. For cooking, there were quality appliances, and plenty of cookware options. The host thought of everything and was very responsive. There was a hiccup with our door code not working when we first arrived but she sorted it out very quickly. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider staying here in the future.

Our stay at Amie House was amazing from start to finish. We have stayed in many homes on the island and this by far was the BEST. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and well-organized and stocked. It had all the amenities you could ever want or need on vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool and we appreciated the privacy the landscape provided. Street was quiet and it was just a short walk to the beach. We had great communication with the owners who checked to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. We definitely plan to book the Amie House again next summer.

Best Kitchen Ever!

My family and I spent two wonderful weeks at The Amie House. It is a beautiful property (the fourth we have stayed at on AMI) supplied with everything you could want on a beach vacation, including the best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a rental. Dan the manager was incredibly responsive and helpful as was the owner, Nicole. We plan on returning next year!

Incredible modern house

We had a wonderful stay at Amie House. We found it to be a perfect location on the island, quiet and relaxing. The house itself is extremely well outfitted with appliances, towels, beach equipment and entertainment options (TVs, paddle boards, bikes..). It feels like everything has been thought of. The pool is lovely and the balcony’s and roof deck have amazing views for sunset. We would love to come back again.

Perfect Family Vacation!

This house was everything we could have hoped for and more! Clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great location. Easy access to the beach and plenty of beach accessories. The kitchen was perfect and made preparing family meals easy. Loved the pool area as it was a great spot to wind down after a day at the beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the upper deck. Nicole made the entire process easy and was very responsive to questions! One of our best family trips every!!

This property is fantastic!

Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The house is gorgeous, immaculate, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool is beautiful and kept at a perfect (warm) temperature. We felt very comfortable staying there with our son and daughter in law along with their two sons ages 4 and 7. The owner checked in with us several times to make sure our stay was going well. This was our first experience renting a home and we think it turned out much better than it would have had we stayed at a hotel.

This house/location is just perfect! We stay in a ton of VRBO’s and this one ranks right up there. From the Owner communcation/checkups/reaponse, to the beautifully accommodated house/pool area, to 6 bikes with locks, to games and pool toys, to a fully equipped kitchen, to a great cleaning company this one is the perfect vacation. A close short walk to the beach. 5 stars does not do it justice….if you are on the fence….jump!!! Great place to stay ❤️

Absolutely wonderful home!

My parents, sister, and teenage children stayed at Amie House for Spring Break this year. It’s a gorgeous home in an ideal location. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is just a short walk away. The home has absolutely everything you could ever need including beach toys, beach chairs, towels, pool floats, household products, and kitchen tools. We have been staying on AMI for vacation over the last several years and this is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed! The manager and owner were very reapoyand easy to contact. Overall it was an amazing week! We will definitely return to Amie House again.
