  • Come relax and unwind and take in the gorgeous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from your porch swing at the beautiful Mountain View Retreat! This cozy hilltop mountain home allows you to sip coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of the Smokies! You are minutes away from the well renowned pristine Nantahala River where you can raft, fly fish, or just take in the view. Two adorable small mountain towns are a short drive away with restaurants, festivals, breweries, wineries and dining options for all palates. If you feel like exploring the Smokies by train the Great Smoky Mountain Railway is right down the road. You could also opt to try your luck at Harrah's Casino or learn about Cherokee culture on the Cherokee Reservation. Feel like taking a hike? This is a perfect place for hiking, heading to the nearby lakes, or making s'mores by the fire pit by the stream at your retreat! With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, there's plenty of room for the family or a romantic getaway! We also treat our guests with farm fresh eggs, local homemade jelly, and a bottle of wine from our local wineries! Enjoy!
