"Our trip got off to a bad start firstly we had to delay our trip by a day which took us out of the cancellation period. Secondly on arrival there was nobody at the hotel and our room was not ready. After a couple of frantic calls it transpired that the hotel owner had been taken very ill and haven spoken to him in Barcelona we agreed to check in the following day when our room would be ready and he would be back at the property. "This is a seriously big hotel, which is not quite that visible from the pictures. This means there is a lot of walking from lift to room/ lift to exit etc involved, which was not great for my 80 year old Mum. Also, there is no designated drop off area. So if you arrive by car, you need to either park illegally or walk a long way to the hotel, and only once you are checked in will they make parking available to you, and that is a couple of minutes away. "Stayed here for partners birthday in January. The hotel is beautiful, facilities are great. Very modern and fresh looking. Staff were great. We came back to the hotel when the weather got a bit overcast and enjoyed the hot tub on the 3rd floor balcony with a pitcher of sangria. This was a great experience with the sun beating through the conservatory like construction when there was a break in the cloud. Beds were spacious and fresh Linens and towels were fresh and soft Lovely location I can imagine the hotel would be beautiful in peak weather overlooking the harbour with a glass of sangria on the balcony. Would strongly recommend a stay here. One of the nicest hotels you could wish to find"

"This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect. I’ll be back time and time again."
