"Excellent, service is properly well maintained."

"Amazing room for the price, would definitely stay again "

"The apartment was great and worked well for my business trip in Manchester. It was a great size and all the fixtures and fittings were of a decent quality, comfortable bed, sofa etc. My only gripe was the expensive parking to the accommodation (this isn't the fault of the accommodation) and also the smell of 'sweet tabacco' coming from a neighbour, this was a challenge since it was so warm and I wanted the wonder patio doors open. Would recommend to anyone."

"Fine place considering location. Not for familys with kids.Funky street, entertaining crowd."

"Everything was good! We enjoyed our visit!"

"Good location for an event at AO arena, ncp carpark very near. All rooms very clean and very comfy beds. Plenty of towels and toiletries."

"Modern updated condo. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Management team was excellent to deal with and responded to all our requests. Highly recommend."

"The accommodation is just like the pictures and is in the perfect location. The hosts were very welcoming and replied very quickly to the queries I had. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

"Apartment decor was classy and modern with a relaxed feel. It was also very clean. Location was superb within easy walking distance to centre."

"We overall had a great stay. We loved the location of the flat which was very close to great restaurants. We would definitely rebook this property for future trips to Manchester. "

"Great location, walkable to Manchester centre in about 25 minutes or 10 min Uber ride. Check in was easy and the studio had everything we needed for a short break - no frills and basic but all you need. The main entrance needs some TLC as the hand rail came off in my hand which was quite dangerous and one of the stair edges came away - which again could be dangerous."

"Very nice place and well located: Good location, it's nice to have a pub right below. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Very dark flat, there was little lighting."

"Fantastic central location, very clean, and host was very responsive. Only issue was it's loud at night, but that's expected. I'd stay again."

"Really clean nice property in a quiet location but only about 15-20 mins walk to the heart of the city. Excellent instructions of how to find the key and gain access, and a brilliant secure underground parking spot. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."

"I think it show as offsite parking which you only know when u get the checkin details. Other than that lovely clean appartment spacious."
