"The breakfast was delicious. There was a sumptuous spread. The owner made these two delicious Italian cakes.
They were lovely and accommodating with our requests. They let us leave our luggage with them, before checking in and after checking out.
The room was beautiful with a lovely view.
Had a lovely stay. Would happily come back. "

"We had a great stay here. The views are simply amazing and the pool area is lovely to pass a relaxing few hours. We thoroughly recommend staying at Villa La Ventana for a wonderful place to explore both the Amalfi coast and Sorrento peninsula. You need a car to make the most of the location but well worth being away from the main tourist hustle & bustle. A friendly welcome on arrival and throughout our stay at this family-owned establishment from the three brothers who between them offer...

"This was a perfect location for people who don’t want to stay in the touristy parts of Amalfi. It is only a bus ride away from Positano & Amalfi. The room was very clean and big, with ac & tv. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and a private terrace. There was a heated pool and hot tub that was rarely used so we had it to ourselves. Each morning, a lovely breakfast buffet was prepared for us that was included with our stay. The staff was very helpful. When arriving, they met us with a car...

"The gardens and exterior of the hotel are beautiful and well-maintained. The interior of the hotel is somewhat outdated, but clean. The hotel is in a wonderful location."
"We loved this hotel, very clean, bed comfortable
Pool is lovely as is the outside seating area
Location is great, very central and easy to walk to everywhere
The staff were very friendly and helpful"
" Beautiful, wonderful facility. I was part of a tour which began the day after I arrived. In total, stayed 4 nights & wish it were longer as I did not use all of the services provided. Normally, I stay in small, boutique hotels; this was quite a change and it did not disappoint.
Excellent room accommodations, staff, and breakfast buffet. Staff in cafe/bar area went out of their way with a mid-afternoon meal the day I arrived from an overnight/overseas trip.
Was pleased to have a room that faced the heavily-foliaged cliffs as the stunning views facing the ocean & surroundings were enjoyed during breakfast & a dinner.
In summary, a truly excellent experience. "
"I am so happy I booked this room. After reading reviews, I was a bit hesitant, but this room was amazing! The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it was just perfect. I booked an internal view and we ended up getting upgraded to the MOST BEAUTIFUL balcony view facing the city and it was just perfect. The shower was great, everything was clean, and the free breakfast was great. The air conditioning worked great. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, but you’ll figure it out. We came in May 2026, so sadly the pool does not open until June. On our last morning, we were going to play tennis, but it rained the night before so we decided against it, as the courts were wet. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone and would definitely come back. Overall, this is not the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but you can’t beat the price and the views. "
