We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We had a leaking/unusable shower, so we had to be moved to a different room.
We got to our new room, sink clogged, no hand soap, not enough care/communications to actually listen clearly to customers.
Once we were settled in our room, the next day after housekeeping we noticed our own beer cans had been taken out of the fridge - it was replaced - but just seemed like one headache after another.
We asked for some sort of refund or discount and the front desk chucked and said “I’ll see what we can do”. Nothing was done. When we checked out there was hardly a word spoken by the front clerk. We were just generally disappointed.
It’s too bad all of the above happened because it has potential to be a really great hotel. It’s modern, clean, nice food selection etc. the lack of communication between team members and leadership was apparent.
