Nice and clean hotel with very good facilities like a gym and pool table. Located within a few stops for the airport and has good access to public transport to the city centre. The hotel staff team were excellent and very responsive to any queries.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Every single person we came into contact with was pleasant. Our apartment was just as described and expected with all the utensils we needed. The train station wasn’t far at all and one stop into Amsterdam Central. They didn’t serve hot breakfast but Breakfast Club is just a few minutes walk if you’re looking for an English Breakfast option. Honestly, would stay here again in a heart beat, as they made my family and I very welcomed, thank you!

Excellent info and communication with the property before we arrived. Car park access gate was not working during our stay but didn’t appear to be a problem. Very quiet in our 3rd floor apartment. Easy access to trains and trams to Amsterdam and Haarlem. Loved it.

Great apartment, great location and lovely staff
What makes this place excellent is the staff. They're so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is amazing too. The 2-bed apartments are perfect and the added bonus of having lots of different local beers on tap in the pub was brilliant. We hired bikes which was great, they were well serviced and came with lights and locks which was required. Thoroughly recommended.

The guy T the front fest was extremely nice and helpful he checked us in a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious and clean. The hotel has a good gym and a private sauna free of charge which is nice.the hotel itself is 5 min was from train station that goes into Amsterdam central. There is only one convenient store in the whole area that closes at midnight

We stayed for three nights in three different rooms. Our first room was had a broken bed as well as rubbish under the bed, we were forced to move from it because of a leak from the room above which then soaked our bed, this happened when we got back to the hotel late at night. Our second room had a broken coffee maker and problems with the drains which made the room stink. Our third room was absolutely fine. We have a 2 year old so moving twice was less than ideal. Upon check out I was promised a 50% refund, my booking was around £480/ €555, I thought that was fine considering the hassel we had gone through. After leaving the property I then received an email saying they would refund me £176/€208, circa 36% of my invoice. This isn’t 50%, I went back and forth with the manager who told me he couldn’t refund any more or honor the 50% refund we had verbally agreed on as I left the property. I literally hate having to write a bad review as EVERY member of staff was polite and helpful but after 3-4 emails back and forth and being blown off with less than they agreed to refund me I feel the whole process was disingenuous and taxing. I just wish they handled this with more integrity

Had a great stay with the family albeit only 1 night. We (myself, my wife, and 2 kids under 5) got caught in a downpour walking to the hotel from the train and the receptionist was incredibly helpful and nice. She gave us free laundry tokens and was really accommodating as we were soaking wet and dripping all over the lobby. Room was spacious and clean. Grocery store nearby was really convenient.

Nice place with a few small issues.
The front desk and parking was awesome. The en suite bathroom shower area was not that clean. There was some water damage around the kitchen sink. We were near the garbage room, which you could smell in the hallway.

Excellent staff, rooms and location
The staff in this aparthotel make it a truly amazing place to stay. They are super helpful, welcoming and seem happy to be there! The rooms themselves are also brilliant but the pictures speak for themselves on that. Very close to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station which is well connected to central and Schipol in 20 mins or less. It’s close enough to everything but far enough to get a good rest. There is a bar in the hotel with others nearby and a shop also if you need it. Don’t hesitate trying this place!

A Great Place for a Weeklong Visit
This 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment was perfect for two couples spending a week in Amsterdam. Though it was a tram ride outside the city, so not walkable to major downtown sites, it was easy to hop on the tram or the train, just a few blocks away, and be in city center in 20 minutes or less. The apartment was comfortable and had enough in the kitchen that we could make simple breakfasts and dinner as needed. We also had the convenience of several restaurants and small grocers nearby. The living room could have used another comfortable chair (to allow 4 adults comfy seating). The staff was tremendously helpful and very pleasant. The shared laundry facility with only 2 washers and 2 dryers made it difficult to do wash during our stay. We had to wait quite a while for an open machine. But we managed and would still highly recommend staying here for its affordability, comfort, quietness, and convenience.

Great Spot!
The hotel is very convenient for travel from Airport and going around town. Couple mins walk to sloterdijk station. Staff was very helpful & friendly, Trevor was pleasant and informative. Rooms are great, large bathroom and all you need under one roof. Comfy hard beds, warm shower, lots of towels, kitchen with all utensils, smart tv, lots of channels to watch. Only thing needed improving was heating in rooms; could be a tad warmer. Had to keep on lots of clothes in front room to keep warm. But overal a fantastic spot & will be back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Nice, quiet apartment
We loved this hidden gem. This place was very spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a living space area. It was very close to the train and bus station, which takes 5 minutes to the city center. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the beds were sort of hard and not the most comfortable. We loved staying here because it was away from the business of the city center, but close enough where we can just hop on the train and get there in minutes.

Home away from home.
We arrive at this hotel early. I was worried about sitting all day till 3pm check in so we went to leave our luggage and go explore the city, but we got checked in early. First when we arrived I couldn’t believe it was a hotel is was so beautiful and nicely decorated for Christmas. The person that check us in is called Trevor. Omg what an amazing young man. He made our check in so easy, everything we needed to know he told is he was so knowledgeable. Trevor made us feel at home we felt comfortable we know if we had any problem we could call him. When we entered the room I was amazed by the size of it how clean it was and the kitchen with microwave oven and dish washer was heaven sent. This hotel is 2 stops from the Schipol 1 stop from Amsterdam central. There is a spar nearby Buy very expensive. There is lidl bout15 min walk. There is construction work going on it can get a bit noisy in the morning but that didn’t bother us. What more can I say about this hotel, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam. I cannot find any faults whatsoever. This was a home away from home. All staff was super friendly including bar staff. Trevor I appreciate you checking us in early you are doing an amazing job. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. My husband & I can’t wait to visit again. Thanks again Trevor.

Great hotel just a 6 minute train journey from Amsterdam Central. Spacious room with everything you could need including a well equipped kitchenette. Very accommodating to arrange an early check in. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional Property - 10 minutes from the Airport via the train and 10 minutes from Central Station. Huge rooms with all of the amenities. Great staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was amazing and a great value. Location is next to two rail stations and the metro. Plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walking. Quiet - quiet quiet - no noise at all. This is a unique hotel, a hidden gem.
