Superb service from point of arrival to point of check out. Ana and the team were extremely helpful and informative with excellent tips and suggestions on the local area. Best hotel I have stayed at, location great as a central point to Lisbon and surrounding areas, superb amenities and extras included. Highly recommend and wish I stayed longer.

What a find! This is a beautiful small hotel with great staff.

Lovely hotel in a wonderful location with helpful, friendly staff and excellent facilities. The breakfast was exceptional.

Great location, with very helpful and friendly staff.

Well maintained hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Close to all amenities and the Metro, but nevertheless in a quiet street - 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Nice touches with complimentary port, cherry liqueur and afternoon tea with pastries. We had a sudden need for medical assistance late in the evening and the staff were brilliant in getting it sorted. Extremely comfortable room with all you need, especially, a large bed, comfortable chairs and terrific shower - great for relaxing...

Hotel was in such a good location, walkable To everywhere. The room was clean and staff were always happy to help!!

A great centrally located hotel. Rooms were a little small but comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is, to provide a quick summary, excellent. Whilst it was fairly fresh on our visit, the refurbishment has been spectacular. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are something to be hold - nothing has been skimped on here. The room was large and excellently furnished. A waterfall shower in the spacious bathroom with bed in the comfortable bedroom. Open the shutters in the morning and open the window to take in the lovely Juliette Balcony. The hotel is excellently situated in...

Excellent hotel , best location for city and views , don’t recommend driving and parking is limited , hotel will give you a code to get through the security barrier

Great hotel worthy of 5 stars. Pool area is great after a hot day trekking around Lisbon.

We were made to feel most welcome. Professional staff. Little touches in reception that made such a difference - water, cookies, pastries, chestnuts, etc etc. Lovely hotel, great breakfast. Definately one to be recommended. Easy to get to from train/ bus etc

Beautiful patio/ pool area and lovely staff

Breakfast, would be a bit better more choice, veggies, fruits in buffet, but overall very ok

Great location. Even though on a busy street, the soundproofing really works. The apartment was well equipped and the extras were a nice touch, especially the wine! The staff were all very friendly and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a truly fabulous hotel right in the middle of everything you could need from Lisbon. The staff were amazing and we particularly loved the pianist each night between 7:00 and 8:00. Top class service all round.

So helpful, very good for toddlers. I had my 5 year old and I actually didnt intend to use the kids club but as soon as she saw the kids club, she liked it more than going out! Typical! Anyway, she only used it for an hour when we came back from our day so was useful for me so I could have a shower and then picked her up to start her night routine. Would definilty come back. Only downside, not the hotels fault but the location is very good but on the weekend does get rowdy and the few occasions...

The staff were awesome, they can’t do enough for you. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located outside of downtown Lisbon and the hotel put on a complimentary shuttle bus, which saves a bus, metro or taxi fare. The hotel is very close by a metro station though.
