You'll have everything you need for a terrific stay. Located less than ½ mile from the public access point for Campau Lake, this is your go-to place to stay for year-round adventure on the water. Enjoy the quiet small town lake life within 30 minutes of Grand Rapids and less than 15 minutes from Gerald R Ford Airport. Whether you are on a vacation, business trip, or anything in between, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at the little green cottage.
Pets are welcome to enjoy the fenced in yard with doggy door access to a 4 seasons heated / air conditioned porch. Pet fee is $25, dogs only. Please ensure leashes are used if outside the fence area.
This cottage has lake views, but no private access or docks. Please respect our neighbors and do not walk on their property to the lake. You may access Campau lake via the public access point ½ mile south on McCords.

The Perfect Place We Needed

Easy check in, clean home, all the amenities, and close to fantastic restaurants. We needed a place fast to deal with a family emergency and the Engels' beautiful little home was everything we could have hoped for. The fenced in back yard is perfect and the host even left dog toys for the fur kids to play with.Definitely will look for this place again the next time we're in Michigan!

Family weekend

We had Katelyn's place as an overflow house for or annual family ski weekend. Most of the group stayed in Lowell but a few of us stayed at Katelyn's. We were only really there at night but it was perfect for wat we needed. The house is spacious but cozy, the beds were comfortable and the fenced in yard was great for our dogs. The house was clean and in a cute little neighborhood right by the lake.I would definitely recommend Katelyn's place and would stay again!
