The structure consists of: private parking, two bedrooms, internal kitchen equipped with everything, external kitchen, bathroom toilet, large outdoor spaces of exclusive relevance with a small terrace directly a few meters from the sea. Direct access to the beach from a privately owned gate. The use of canoes and other sports equipment is totally available to guests. The structure is furnished and equipped with sheets and towels for the bathroom.
