"엘리베이터가 없지만, 직원이 캐리어 나르는 것을 도와줘서 괜찮았어요. 1층 식당 조식이 3가지 중 선택인데, 매일 조금씩 달라서 먹는 즐거움이 있었습니다. 생각보다 조식 맛있었어요. 마이너스 10도 온도일 때 숙박했는데, 객실 내부는 아주 따뜻했습니다. 트윈 기본을 신청했고, 2층 테라스 있는 객실을 받았어요. 테라스에 가끔 나가서 주변 구경도 했네요. "

"A comfortable enough stay for those not spending a lot of time in the hotel and don’t have special needs. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms are a good size with a modern bathroom. Two issues that unfortunately will mean I would not book again - the wifi will not hold up for business calls and the vegetarian options are very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Almaty. If neither is important to you than this is a decent hotel pick! "

"A comfortable enough stay for those not spending a lot of time in the hotel and don’t have special needs. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms are a good size with a modern bathroom. Two issues that unfortunately will mean I would not book again - the wifi will not hold up for business calls and the vegetarian options are very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Almaty. If neither is important to you than this is a decent hotel pick! "

"The staff was great, very calm and polite. The room was very clean and full of useful amenities. The kitchenette was complete with all the cooking essentials and the appliances were brand new. The room is perfect for an extended business trip. The daily cleaning was great, leaving the room spotless every time. There were minor scratches and breaks in the bathroom, but this did not affect the overall great impression. The breakfast was good, quite varied, but the puff pastry was a bit bland. Overall, a great value for money and a realli nice place to stay."
