"Excellent location, easily walkable to all the places we wanted to visit. Felt safe and easy parking. We were concerned our car may have been over height, there is a 6ft limit but we got in fine. However you can also use the parking in the hotel opposite which has a greater height allowance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, bright and had everything you could need. Breakfast was good but extremely busy, we had to queue for approx 25 mins one morning as we came down a little later.

"only downside was the AC was not working but they offered us a comp bottle of red wine and a fan. we only stayed two nights so this was a fine solution. location was amazing with discounts with nearby restaurants. will def be coming back "
"Although we only spent a couple of nights at this place, we felt rested and comfortable overall. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially Jean and Lily, who put our minds at ease. Wi-fi is easy to connect to, our room is clean and cozy, and the hotel is close to good dining spots. Lombard St. is right around the corner, and if you are using rideshare it's pretty easy to get one from this location. The area is well-lit at night. It feels safe, and generally a good place to stay."
"This hotel is very very quiet. I did not hear the neighbors at all. The room was very large with a stunning view on the 17th floor. I stayed over the weekend when the prices were very reasonable, less than $200 a night. The price almost doubled during the week. I discovered this when my flight was cancelled and I wished to extend my stay. The front desk informed me that this was due to the fact that this hotel is a business hotel and they get more customers during the week due to its location in the financial district. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. If you are afraid of heights this might not be the best hotel for you. The elevators are glass, and the hallways overlook an 18 story atrium. The hallways are open to the atrium on one side, so it is almost like walking on a balcony to the rooms. "
