"The area around the cottage was exquisitely beautiful, with walks from the door for all levels of hiking. We did not use the car once during our stay. A note in the information booklet said the cottage is undergoing a refurbishment in winter 2025, so hopefully some of the facilities will be modernised. A set of decent knives would have been good.
