Great place to stay. Nice room. Restaurant, pool, views all very good. The only thing that might bother some people is the location- it's a fair walk down to the beach at Dickenson Bay, and a tough climb back up. If you have a hire car, it's not an issue, but we didn't, and for example needed a taxi to get anywhere, eg into St Johns.

First people we met were there for four and two weeks and had been on many previous locations - a good start.
What a fabulous location, direct access to the beach and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Friendly staff looking after the beach every day and cleaning the rooms. The apartments are a little dated but the bed was comfortable, excellent air conditioning and the kitchen perfectly adequate. Good cocktail bar and restaurant next door.

Excellent hotel & amazing staff who go the extra mile.
The cleanliness of the rooms & general areas excellent.
Pillow menu not quite but an excellent choice of pillows available.
The only downside & it’s a small one is the poor quality of the WiFi. It perhaps is stronger nearer the main building but we were in one of the Sanctuary room which are the furthest away from the main buildings. The food is amazing as are the drinks. Breakfast brings Chef Andy with his basket of freshly baked pastries.

We loved this hotel, it's a gem of a place. Run with care and attention to detail, the overall ambience is pretty special. Gorgeous setting in a truly historic dock area. Rooms are respectful of the original colonial architecture and so have a lovely loft/warehouse type feel.
It's quietly classy without trying too hard, eg it's an easy place to relax in, laid back while respectful if that makes sense.

Tucked away in the Five Islands area of Antigua west of St John's. This delightful little group of cottages is situated on a lagoon just beyond the sea. the local beach is a six minute walk and very secluded. The gardens around the cottages are well kept and good for the local wildlife (birds, butterflies, lizards). The cottages are very well fitted out with all creature comforts (comfy bed and sofa) and plenty of cooking utensils (pots, pans, crockery etc). Lovely balcony with hammock and table...

We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. It is useful to have a car but there is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants you can easily walk to.

We were met by reception when we arrived and given a quick walk around our accommodation. We had a two bedroom villa which was two villas upstairs and downstairs combined. Worked brilliantly with us and teenage boys. The beach was a short stroll down the hill and we had vouchers for vouchers. Beach lovely and really quiet when no cruise ships. Next to sandals so nice. Sea really inviting to go for a dip or swim. George took us out three times on his speedboat to go snorkelling reasonable prices....

We loved this place. Handy for St John’s and the airport. Lovely gardens all around. Well cooled by trade winds blowing through the apartments (if you leave the windows open). And a friendly atmosphere led by the manager. Good food and friendly service in the restaurant, too.

Beautiful resort. Some of the best beaches we have ever seen. Staff were so helpful and friendly. It was very quiet when we were there at the end of October but I guess that’s just the season. We had. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite with lounge diner and wraparound balcony. The accommodation was immaculately clean and cleaned twice daily. We’d recommend it.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best area to stay in All Saints?
The best area to stay in All Saints, Saint John, is typically around the coastal regions, particularly near English Harbour or Jolly Harbour, as these offer the most convenient access to amenities and activities.
English Harbour, located on the southern coast, is known for its historic Nelson's Dockyard, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This area is rich in history and offers a beautiful setting with superyachts often docked in the harbour. You'll find a selection of high-end restaurants, boutique shops, and bars located amongst the historic buildings. It's a great spot for those who appreciate a blend of history and upscale leisure.
For couples, English Harbour provides a romantic backdrop with its picturesque views, historic charm, and opportunities for fine dining. You can enjoy strolls through the dockyard, visit Shirley Heights for panoramic views, or simply relax by the water.
Jolly Harbour, on the west coast, is a purpose-built resort community. It features a marina, a golf course, and a commercial centre with a supermarket, restaurants, and shops. The area has a more modern feel and offers a wide range of accommodation, from villas to apartments, many with direct access to the water.
Families often find Jolly Harbour particularly suitable due to its self-contained nature and variety of activities. The calm waters of the harbour are ideal for swimming and watersports, and the presence of a supermarket makes self-catering convenient.
When is the best time to go to All Saints?
The best time to visit All Saints, Antigua and Barbuda, is during the dry season, which runs from mid-December to May.
During these months, you can expect plenty of sunshine, lower humidity, and very little rainfall, making it ideal for enjoying the island's many beaches and outdoor activities. The temperatures are consistently warm, typically ranging from 25°C to 30°C (77°F to 86°F), with pleasant ocean breezes. This period is great for travellers looking for a relaxing beach holiday or those who enjoy sailing and water sports.
The peak of the tourist season is from January to March, so if you prefer fewer crowds and potentially better deals on accommodation, consider visiting in late April or May. The weather remains excellent, and you'll still have a wonderful experience without the busiest period's bustle. This shoulder season is particularly good for couples seeking a more tranquil escape.
Conversely, the wet season, from June to November, brings higher humidity, more frequent rain showers (though often brief), and the possibility of tropical storms or hurricanes, especially from August to October.
