This penthouse, located in Murcia, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a comfortable sofa-bed, a public pool open all year round, a fenced garden and super fast Wifi of no less than 400mbps, as well as offering international Tv, with worldwide channels as well as a video library with thousands of movies and series.

The lounge/rooftop terrace is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Snuggle up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book on the sun beds or take advantage of the amenities provided, including a flat screen Tv with international channels, Wifi, a radio, a hi-fi system, a Dvd player and a Cd player.

The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy your meal around the dining table that seats 6 or outside, on the roof terrace, or on the balcony enjoying the views of the pool and mountains.

The penthouse has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Also a really comfortable sofa-bed in the living room offering sleeping place for 2 adults, The bathroom is fully equipped with a walk-in shower, sink with mirror with towels, a toilet and on the roof terrace / lounge is a fantastic outdoor shower that is super refreshing in the summer months.

The penthouse has a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, ironing facilities, air conditioning in each bedroom and living room.

Please note that cleaning, towels, bedding and tourist tax are included in the rental price.

Parking is possible on site (included in the rental price) in our own private parking lot numberSmoking is allowed outside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are allowed, for guests only between 10:00 and 22:00.
