Great location and spacious apartment but in desperate need of modernisation

The property location is perfect, having two balconies and two bedrooms and well equipped kitchen is wonderful and the cost was very reasonable. The one big negative is the condition of the apartment. It needs a proper deep clean and some modernisation. The shower screen doesn’t provide much use as it’s not blocking the water so the floor was soaking by the time you finish shower. There are some rusty nails in the bathroom walls. The whole apartment looks very dated (not in shabby chic way) and just feels a bit dirty. However we have only paid a small amounts of money for the stay so it would be unfair expecting 5* for a 2* price.

Tutto perfetto.

Appartamento praticamente perfetto. Pulitissimo, arredamento un po' datato ma molto funzionale con letti super comodi. Posizione veramente fantastica, a due passi dai bastioni e dal centro, una volta parcheggiata puoi dimenticare la macchina (io per comodità ho riservato un parcheggio interno soldi davvero ben spesi). Punto di forza è comunque l'ospitalità e la presenza preziosa e discreta di chi gestisce la casa, abbiamo avuto tutte le informazioni utili al soggiorno e la consapevolezza che in caso di problemi avevamo un importante supporto a cui rovolgerci ( per fortuna non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno). Soggiorno a 5 stelle super consigliato.

Found the apartment a bit shabby and run down. Could do with a refurbishment! In kitchen no toaster for two weeks, although it was listed . Coffee maker was just a mocha pot. Shower bad, leaking all over the place, water runs down the shower screen and onto floor have to clean up every time,as dangerous. On arrival, absolutely nothing in the place, not even toilet paper or soap. Had to go to daughter in laws apartment two streets away to use toilet, this is not good! View fantastic , and bed very comfortable and clean! Supermarket close so got in a load of supplies!

Ottima posizione, ben attrezzato, pulito, buon WiFi e con massima assistenza

Esperienza più che positiva. Appartamento pulito e luminoso, ben attrezzato, con un panorama indimenticabile. Spiaggia davvero a due passi, negozi e locali vicini, il centro storico a 10 minuti di passeggiata sul lungomare. Ho trovato tutto ben pulito e i letti comodi. All'arrivo ricevuti informazioni e consigli pratici, così non ho sprecato tempo a dover scoprire dove fare compere e come muovermi, e anche durante il soggiorno c'è stata massima disponibilità per ulteriori domande, insomma la signora Vittoria è ospitale sul serio. Ciliegina sulla torta: ho potuto apprezzare i vantaggi di respirare aria arricchita dalla posidonia oceanica depositata a cura della Città nelle vicinanze.

Con mio marito abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni ai primi di giugno nell'appartamento arancio.. senza auto!!! La posizione è ottima: vicino al centro, a tutti i servizi necessari, una splendida vista sul litorale di Alghero... L'accoglienza è stata perfetta .....che dire: una vacanza perfetta. Se il prossimo anno decido di nuovo una puntatina ad Alghero, che merita davvero come città da visitare sotto ogni aspetto, non credo di cercare una sistemazione diversa!!!

Una splendida esperienza. La mia famiglia ed io siamo stati accolti benissimo. L'appartamento ideale per noi 5 (coppia e tre bimbi), due camere, bagno grande e il pranzo soggiorno. La vista dalla terrazza a dir poco spettacolare. La città di Alghero è stata una piacevole scoperta. Abbiamo potuto fare piacevoli passeggiate nel centro storico ricco di negozi e ristoranti oppure sulla spiaggia dato che l'appartamento è baricentrico tra la città vecchia ed il lido. Assolutamente da consigliare anche in primavera dato il clima mite senza per forza scegliere i mesi estivi più caldi!

Relax e comodità fronte mare

Quest'anno, io e la mia famiglia, abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento arancio due volte : dieci giorni a Luglio e una settimana a Settembre. L'appartamento è in una posizione davvero comoda, a pochi metri dal mare e a pochi minuti dal centro storico, inoltre è vicino a diversi servizi come supermercati, noleggio bici/auto, stabilimento balneare. L'appartamento è confortevole, spazioso e con una graziosa terrazzina che ai affaccia sul lungomare, inoltre sono presenti diversi comfort come la biancheria letto e bagno, spiaggine e ombrellone. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti dalla pulizia dell'appartamento entrambe le volte. Penso che ci ritorneremo volentieri. 😊

siamo stati ospiti della sig.ra cilliano nell 'appartamento celeste. l'immobile era pulito e in buono stato il servizio e la disponibilità della signora anna è stata eccellente. xò se mettiamo 2 presine almeno nn mi scotto le mani sarebbe meglio. l'appartamento era come descritto nell'inserzione, stoviglie, asciugamani, spiaggine, ombrelloni, c'era tutto ciò che era descritto. morale della favola è stata una vacanza perfetta. grazie da Simone e Monica

POCO PULITO -SPIAGGIA DI FRONTE ORRENDA

Appartamento arancio in zona centralissima e penso che questo sia il suo unico pregio poiché la spiaggia sottostante emana un odore sgradevole ,e inoltre nel periodo che abbiamo soggiornato vi era un divieto permanete di balneazione , piena di alghe e molto sporca ( non dovuto certamente dalle alghe ), per fortuna che c era il Beach Bus che portava alle spiagge vicine che erano bellissime . L appartamento si presentava datato e non ben curato : pentole ,piatti ,forchette, bicchieri appiccicosi e sporchi , copridivano e divani puzzolenti di sudore come i cuscini i quali sono stati inutilizzati ,tenda della doccia (per favore cambiatela : la guardi !!)....letti che cigolano da morire .. Sarebbe opportuno che il proprietario controllasse le pulizie prima ancora che arrivino gli ospiti onde evitare situazioni sgradevoli. Ho notato ben due recensioni riguardanti le pulizie e penso che già alla prima i proprietari avrebbero dovuto controllare il responsabile alle pulizie . Non lo consiglierei l appartamento arancio . Posizione ideale fronte mare con vista spettacolare sul golfo. L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato pulito e in ordine, fornito di tutte le stoviglie, lenzuola, asciugamani e coperte. Quando abbiamo chiesto alla proprietaria, ci ha saputo indicare con precisione i vari servizi disponibili nelle vicinanze. Una piacevole scoperta il fatto che fosse a pochi minuti a piedi dalle mura e con tutti i servizi a breve distanza (dall'ufficio postale al forno, dal negozio di alimentari a ristoranti e pizzerie, dal posto spettacolare per un aperitivo mozzafiato al centro commerciale in cui fare la spesa quotidiana). Sicuramente una esperienza che ci sentiamo di consigliare.

salve ho soggiornato con mio marito e i miei due figli a febbraio e ci siamo trovati benissimo!!!!!!!!!!!! l appartamento e' molto carini e spazioso, con tutto quello che puo' servire a una famiglia. l ho trovato molto pulito e ben curato e la proprietaria si presta a darti delle indicazioni molto utili per visitare la citta' e le zone limitrofe. l appartamento e' in punto splendido della citta' praticamente sulla spiaggia!!!!!!!!!!! sicuramente lo consigliero' a parenti e amici. antonella

Gute Lage aber veraltet und unsauber

Die Lage der FeWo ist gut, sehr nah zum Strand u Altstadt, allerdings herrscht ständiger Verkehr auf der Straße, auch nachts. Die Ausstattung war sehr einfach, Eingangstür (normale Zimmertür) bot keinen Schutz vor Einbrüchen oder Lärm im Haus. In der Küche gab es wenig Besteck, Tassen und Gläser, keine Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung war zwar oberflächlich gereinigt, aber Ecken, Schränke, Betten waren unsauber, die Gardinen waren nicht gewaschen, zum Teil fast schwarz (früher weiß). Im Schlafzimmer hing in dem alten Schrank ein muffiger Geruch. Am Schlimmsten aber waren die Bettdecken: alt, fleckig und zerrissen, zum Ekeln. Zum Glück konnten wir, da wir nur zu dritt waren, eine vierte, auch ältere aber nicht ganz so schlimme Bettdecke verwenden. Wir stellten auch fest, dass die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche bei nur 40 Grad gewaschen wurden (in der zentralen Waschmaschine). Schade, denn die Wohnung mit dem schönen Meerblick vom wirklich großen Balkon wäre durchaus empfehlenswert, wenn man ab und zu etwas investieren und die Hygiene einhalten würde. So kann ich sie nicht empfehlen. Kathrin

Wunderschöne, zentrale Lage zu Strand und Stadt. Leider sehr unsauber vorgefunden. Spültücher und Handtücher noch nass vom Vorgänger in Küche und Bad. Küchenregal in allen Fächern voller Krümmel, Besteck unsauber. Schade!

très bon séjour

En Famille ou entre amis je vous recommande cet appartement bien entretenu et propre.L’accueil est amical et de confiance. Situé à moins de 5 mins de la plage des supermarchés du centre ville de la boulangerie du marché immense du mercredi et de restaurants juste en dessous ou vous y mangerez bien et à prix raisonnable. pas besoin de prendre votre voiture et les places de stationnement sont gratuites en bas de l'immeuble. Si vous recherchez le calme absolu le petit bémol reste la route qui passe devant mais fenêtres fermées vous êtes tranquille car les chambres sont de l'autre coté de l'appartement traversant qui donne sur une cour.
