"I paid for a superior room, no noticeable difference between this room and a standard room. Room was relatively clean, however felt that the more you looked around the room, the more unclean it was, for example the bathroom and under the bed. The staff were excellent especially at breakfast who were very courteous and approachable. The breakfast was very good value with a huge selection of offerings. Overall, the Hotel Radisson I thought was in a good location, however is dated especially the exterior."

"Lovely hotel and the staff were lovely. Our Room was nice, but sadly the bathroom was terrible. If you went for a shower the bath would fill with water because the plug was stuck closed and the door handle to the bathroom was falling off. "

"There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, no extractor fan to take away smells and shower steam. There was no side table on one side of the bed, glasses of water, cups of tea, mobile phone and personal items had to placed on the floor beside the bed. Room was clean and tidy"

"Unfortunately there was a large amount of building work going on and out room directly overlook the building work so no view whatsoever ever. Asked about a room change and the duty manager said there was nothing available didn’t offer any alternatives and didn’t ask if we would like to upgrade at a cost to ourselves. "
