"Like at Grandma's", discover our beautiful region in all simplicity! Come and enjoy summer and winter a 3 bedroom house (possible 5) with fireplace, pleasant enclosed garden, ideal for 6 adults, located between two lakes and close to the medieval village of Alby sur Chéran. Many points of interest: towns and lakes of Annecy & Aix les bains (20 minutes), tennis (5 min), golf (20 min), equestrian centre (8 min), ski resorts: Clusaz, Grand Bornand, Aillons-Margériaz (45 min), Switzerland (45 min)

The living rooms and three bedrooms are on the first level, with four exposures, and serve a terrace overlooking the garden.

The ground floor is a garage + workshop + storeroom, accessible from the inside and from the outside.

The second level is rather reserved for our storage, but can be occasionally made accessible and liveable if needed: 2 bedrooms + beds, office, shower, toilet.

The garden is green and goes around the house, cherry tree, swing, shed, relaxing furniture, with some friendly neighbors nearby, but above all views of the meadows and mountains!

We were asked, so YES there are plenty nearby: lakes, charming towns and villages, ski resorts, golf courses, a tennis club, an equestrian centre, a water sports centre.
