I enjoyed the whole experience. Pro's & Cons. Pros; The hotel food was really good. I really appreciate that for the 7 nights I stayed, there was different types of food available. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to print out our boarding passes by the reception free of charge. My room was cleaned everyday and the cleaner reminded me to change the sign on my door if it needed cleaning, as I was quite forgetfull. I wish I saw the lady who cleaned my room the day I left so I could tip her. There are events for the children every evening, which was entertaining for them and kept them happy. The location was perfect because once we stepped out of the hotel, the beach was a minute away, there restauarents, supermarkets, convenience stores and clothing stores scattered everywhere. This is a really good hotel which was a great price booked here on expedia. Cons; The hotel room we booked stated "Double Bed" once I booked it. We were given 2 single beds pushed together. The sleep I had because of this was uncomfortable every night. The change of towels provided by hotel cleaning staff had stains on them, which I gladly didn't use. It is impossible to get a sunbed at the hotel because people would leave there towels at night and hotel staff would take them off and put them all back by 6am. 7 nights and not a single time could I get a decent sunbed as they were all unfairly hogged by people. And when you go to the beach they charge you for them.

Friendly staff and friendly guests.Hotel is in an ideal location overlooking beautiful promenade and Cleopatra beach.Cable cars to Alanya Castle are just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK

Not really a 4* all Inclusive - keep looking!
This hotel is advertised as all inclusive but there are much better hotels to select than this one. There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms so you have to be in the lobby to connect. The cleaners forgot to clean our room one day which I don't understand as they saw us leave the room in the morning. The reception staff are rude and not welcoming at all, they simply dont care about the guests with their indifferent attitude. If you have a transfer booked or excursion pick up, the driver will approach reception to be told they can't help him, even though the receptionist can see us in the lobby?There is a constant sewer smell in the bathroom and sometimes in the room. The waiters are friendly but sometimes cross the line by asking for Instagram details, we don't really need the hassle inside the hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and you are forbidden to bring any food or drinks from outside of the hotel. They refuse card payments and want cash only. Don't bother with the pool it's always packed and not that big for a 4* and don't bother asking for an iron because they won't give you one. Very quick to pass your details without permission to next door tour agents. The positive - the chefs were very kind and remembered our food preferences so they saved us a little when we came late for breakfast one morning. Food generally is good and we could find something to eat and enjoy. The room is nice and big and beds are comfortable. We had a balcony and beach is close by.

Hôtel Sympathique qui a été rénové Récemment, très bien situé et juste en face de la Mer. Un bon Rapport Qualité-Prix. La Nourriture est plutôt bonne. Seul petit défaut manque un peu d'animations . Sinon c'est plutôt bien dans l'ensemble.

Allt var fint och rent. Hotellet var nyrenoverat. Maten är fantastisk god. Personal talar ej tillräcklig engelska och är ej särskilt trevliga. Stranden ingår ej i all inklusive utan man behöver betala för stolar och sådant. Många underhållning program för barn och det finns även ett lekrum för barn. Läget är fantastiskt, du bor i mitten av stan i närheten till allt men typ vid stranden. Rekommenderas mycket

Good hotel perfect for families
Et fint hotel med ny renoverede værelser. Rengøringspersonalet før det virkelig godt.. Tjenerne er høflige og venlige det samme er køkken personale. Maden er god, med ny overraskelse hverdag. Børnevenlig livredder ved poolen og om aften er der børne disko hvor børneguiden giver den fuld gas - han er virkelig god til børn og får alle med.. Til de voksne kan du om dage opleve flere watergames som vand gymnastik vand håndbold mm. Rigtig mange aktiviteter.. På værelse savner jeg standart informationer, som spise tider pool samt vand rutschebane tider.. Vi har ikke fået taget så mange billeder af hotellet

Utmärkt mat! Perfekt service, supertrevlig personal. Finaste området i Alanya, vid Kleopatrastranden invid linbanan som går upp till den gamla fästningen där utsikten är helt makalös och historiens vingslag gör sig påminda! Nära det arkeologiska museet med sina fina samlingar. Perfekt helt enkelt!

Der var utroligt meget larm, folk står op kl. meget tidligt for at ligge håndklæder på ligge stole og man kan de bliver ikke brugt i meget lang tid. Børn der går rundt med fløjter og fløjter hele dagen lang.

В целом неплохо
Ожидали от отеля большего - возможно виноваты антиковидные меры, которые вынуждены соблюдать в отеле. Особенно это касается еды - очень неудобно, когда живая очередь и тебе валят все в одну тарелку. Второй раз стоять не хочется. Нет никаких промежуточных перекусов между завтраком(7.30 - 10.30) обедом(12.30-14.00) и ужином(19-21.00). Только напитки. Мы не успели на обед - заехали в отель в 13.50, все уже моментально убирается. Пришлось идти в соседний ресторанчик. Мы попали на курбан-байрам, в ресторане постоянно была очередь. Когда турки разъехались, сразу стало свободнее. Отель напротив пляжа Клеопатра №4, но лежаки платные : 1 лежак 15 лир, 1 зонт 15 лир. А приоплате дают талончик с названием отеля. Включили бы лучше в стоимость тура. Пляж замечательеый - песок крупный. Но заходить в море неудобно, т. к. через 1-3 метра после песка идут каменистые плиты, все режут ноги о нервные края. Выходить ещё хуже, если волны(а они почти всегда). Лучше брать тапочки.
