I don’t believe this hotel has the correct ratings it’s more like a 3 star, facilities are good at best and staff are very selective on who they want to be nice to. I didn’t like that my 7 nights stay was ruined by the level of noise that runs through out the night if your looking for a quiet family break don’t stay here! I upgraded my room after 2 nights as my standard sea view room was smaller than a premier inn! We upgraded to a deluxe sea view with a jacuzzi. Our jacuzzi didn’t work the curtains fell off the balcony doors didn’t lock which wasn’t great considering we shared our balcony with another room! The tv didn’t work at all even after we reported no one came. So overall pretty disappointed

Hotel and it’s staff were excellent. Food was very good, wide range of choice. Pools and facilities were awesome. Staff can not help enough, very quick service. Would highly recommend the hotel.

I recommend this resort to every family. For the price, food was good, Staff was friendly, Drinks where ok, Night shows where ok, Rooms where clean and overall every thing was 9 out of 10. We stayed for 3 nights in a family room and, it was not enough.

We had an amazing stay! The food was excellent, with a huge variety, especially at breakfast and dinner. The kids (10 and 6 years) absolutely loved the place. There were activities and entertainment all day long, and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The reception staff and everyone we met were always smiling and welcoming. We booked a car to the Land of Legends from the reception and the prices were similar to other outside companies, however the guy helping us was extremely kind and helpful! The only minor comment we had was that sometimes the room cleaning was delayed until around 3 p.m., probably due to shortage. But the rooms were cleaned very well. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Lovely family hotel

The hotel is very well managed and perfect on every aspects apart of entertainment. The evening entertainment was very economic compared to other hotels in Antalya. And on Sunday there were nothing all day! Which was very disappointing but apart from that everything else was spot on and we can't fault it at all. Very clean, very well organised.

Hotel looks tired and dated. Quite a few broken things such as hand rail in balcony, fair ground rides, not enough rings for the sides. Generally good but a few things just not great

Great staff generally but the porters were rudely expectant of a tip. All other staff very good. Hotel looking tired and the building needs some maintenance and refresh to meet the standard expected. Further away from everything than expected and seemed to show on the map.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Zwar gibt es nette Angebote wie ein kleines Kirmes, aber das Hotel ist insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig und nicht sauber. Die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig geputzt, die Minibar nicht aufgefüllt, aus dem Kühlschrank lief Wasser und das Badezimmer hat extrem gestunken. Nach dem Aufenthalt wurden zudem beide Kinder krank, was den Eindruck mangelnder Hygiene noch verstärkt. In der aktuellen Verfassung nicht zu empfehlen.

Es war einfach perfekt, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Egal was für ein Problem wir hatten wurden sie sofort behoben. Jederzeit hatten wir Möglichkeiten etwas essen oder zu trinken die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die Putzangestellten und an den Restaurant Chef die jederzeit unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt haben.Ich würde es einfach nur weiter empfehlen.
