The staff speaks Turkish, English, and Russian. Good service. Plenty of delicious food, free alcohol, and a large swimming pool. Direct access to the beach from the hotel. We enjoyed everything.

I couldnt stay thats how bad it was and had to book another hotel and pay much more since the room they gave me was so dirty, had mold and someone had smoked in there. I Have asthma and allergy and could not breath and they showed me another room as bad as the first one.

My stay was pleasant overall, though there’s definitely room for improvement. The main issue I encountered was with transport. Uber seemed either difficult to use or almost non-existent, even though drivers were available. When I finally managed to book one and was waiting outside, an older gentleman with glasses approached as I was getting into the car. He stopped me, then began arguing with the Uber driver in their local language (which I couldn’t understand). The Uber driver eventually drove off. The man then turned to me and said he’d do a taxi “very cheap.” I was quite annoyed — I had no idea who he was or why he was interfering. When I went back to the hotel to complain, it turned out he works for the hotel. In hindsight I should have done more research and planned my transport properly. My advice to other guests: be extra careful. Local transport options are available (something I only discovered on my last day), so it’s worth looking into those instead of relying solely on Uber.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount of money I paid. The only impressive part of the hotel is the lobby, which looks stylish and well-presented. However, once you get past the lobby, the experience is completely different. The rooms are extremely old, poorly maintained, and far from clean. The overall condition of the room was simply unacceptable for a hotel charging this kind of price. The cleanliness was particularly disappointing, and the room did not feel comfortable or inviting at all. It honestly felt like the hotel was relying on its attractive lobby to create a good first impression while the actual rooms were neglected. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay whatsoever, and in my opinion, this hotel was absolutely not worth the money. I would not stay here again, and I would strongly advise others to consider their options before booking.

Die Zimmer wo wir waren sind in die Jahre gekommen vorallem das Badezimmer. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Die meisten Mitarbeiter an der Bar waren freundlich allerdings hatte ich bei den anderen das Gefühl dass sie eher genervt waren. Die Getränke (Cocktails)waren immer unterschiedlich also nicht einheitlich die Qualität schwankte. Das Buffet war sehr gut und hygienisch sauber auch das Essen war abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität.Der Swimmingpool war sauber und gut gewartet auch das Meer war schön.Es gibt viel Programm zur Unterhaltung und für Kinder ist auch jede Menge zur Auswahl.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful and polite. There was a good range of activities for kids and families. The meals choices were repetitive though there was a good variety. The hub bars were great and drinks were good too. The accommodation was OK but dated and could do with some updating and touch up. All in all, it was a good holiday.

Die Anlage war insgesamt sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich Essen war Büfett und jeder hat etwas zu essen gefunden, so dass jeder definitiv mehr als satt geworden ist. Anamationscrew hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben wir hatten viel Spaß. Das Zimmer war ein Familienmaisonette, es war viel Platz, es wurde täglich sauber gemacht, Minibar wurde aufgefüllt. Die Anlage ist für Familien mit Kleinkinder sehr geeignet, meine großen hatten aber auch viel Spaß. Insgesamt waren alle zufrieden

I am extremely disappointed with this resort and cannot recommend it, especially to families. On the second day of our stay, my wife and daughter developed serious food poisoning symptoms and had to be taken to the emergency department. Before going to the hospital, I contacted the resort doctor and was told I had to pay €145 for the examination alone, even though the illness appeared to be caused by food consumed at the resort. We received no proper support, concern, or accountability. The hygiene standards were also unacceptable. As shown in the attached photo, the air-conditioning filters were extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned or maintained properly. This was not just poor service; it was a serious health and safety issue. The experience caused my family significant stress, fear, and additional medical expenses. I strongly advise guests to think carefully before booking. The resort urgently needs to review its food safety, cleanliness, air-conditioning maintenance, and handling of medical complaints.

I stayed at Kremlin Palace Antalya for 6 nights, from 7–14 July. Overall, I had a mix of positive and negative experiences. Starting with the positives, the hotel's location is beautiful. Being surrounded by trees while also having direct access to the beach creates a unique atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in the mountains and by the sea at the same time. The food was good, and there were plenty of activities for children, making it a great choice for families. The evening entertainment and parties were also enjoyable and well organized. Unfortunately, there were several negative aspects that affected our stay. The biggest issue was the taxi service at the hotel. The taxi supervisor, Ahmed, was unprofessional and controlled all taxi arrangements. Guests could not easily get a taxi without going through him. We had to wait for more than an hour in the heat to get a taxi from the hotel to Konyaaltı Beach, and we were charged USD 60, which seemed excessively expensive. The way he spoke to tourists and managed the taxi service made the experience very unpleasant. Another disappointment was the staff at Pasha Restaurant. We found some of them to be rude, especially toward foreign tourists, which did not reflect the level of hospitality expected from a five-star resort. Finally, the rooms are quite old and in need of renovation. We also found many ants in our room during our stay, which was disappointing. The hotel has many strengths, especially its natural setting,

We booked a family stay at the hotel but due to a last minute issue that denied the family boarding, we had to cancel our stay literally a few hours before we were supposed to arrive. We contacted the hotel as sson as we could and even though they were not obliged to refund our money, they did so in full and without any delay or fuss. These days this represents exceptional customer service and we are grateful to the Kremlin Palace for stepping up when our family holiday was ruined at the last minute.
