"Our stay at JA Ocean View Hotel was absolutely fantastic. We travelled as a family of four—2 adults and 2 small children—and from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Although we experienced a very minor issue with our original room, the hotel handled it brilliantly and upgraded us to an amazing suite. This was such a thoughtful gesture and truly exceeded our expectations. The suite was spacious, beautifully presented, spotless, and offered breathtaking ocean views. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our stay in comfort. A special mention must go to Aseef from the restaurant staff, who went above and beyond to cater to our every request. His attentiveness, kindness, and dedication to ensuring our family had the best experience made a real difference to our stay. He is a true asset to the hotel. The same goes for all other members of staff we interacted with. Especially James, Hutu, Renuka and Thea. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend JA Ocean View Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, luxury, and exceptional family-friendly service."

".I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your property from April 9th to 16th. I have stayed in the UAE multiple times, and interestingly, during this trip I stayed at Hyatt properties in different locations—including Dallas and Oman—and was assigned Room 616 each time. My stay at your Grand Hyatt property was overall excellent, and I truly appreciated the service and experience provided. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding a billing matter. I was charged AED 700 for a couple of laundry shirts, which I found to be quite high. Given the broader challenges affecting the region, I had hoped for a more considerate approach. Additionally, at the time of checkout, I specifically asked the front desk if there were any outstanding charges on my account and was informed that there were none. It was therefore surprising to see that three days later, my deposit was released with a deduction for the laundry charges. I would appreciate clarification on: Why this charge was not communicated at the time of checkout Whether there is any flexibility regarding this charge I want to reiterate that my stay was otherwise very pleasant, and this feedback is shared in the spirit of transparency and improvement. I look forward to your response."

"We had a great stay with great service! It started with Hashen who delivered our bags. He was so friendly and helpful. He knew our name each time he saw us. Loreen was so kind and helpful during check-in. Our stay was relaxing and the daily breakfast was great. Our stay also included a lovely floating breakfast. Everything was wonderful during our weekend. "

"Room: Just wow! I wish I can travel again and stay in the same hotel. Such a wow room it was. Excellent amenities and twice a day housekeeping made a huge difference to our stay. They also gave us complementary beach bag and cute cable ties. Slippers were not cheap ones like you get in every hotel, in fact very soft and comfy ones. You could always request additional amenities when needed through an app and they would be delivered to your room within 30 mins without any questions. Breakfast: Very tasty breakfast. One of the best I have had at any palm hotel. Lots of variety available and also you could request extras like French toast and dosa on order. Staff: Very kind and helpful staff. Spa: You have to pay additional for spa access but it was a good spa. We did not take experiences as they were much cheaper at our main stay. Additional: Water park is included in the stay for free. Towels were free for hotel residents but lockers were paid for. Beach and pool was very neat and clean."

"Room: We stayed in an apartment(No.3 9301). It was a good size apartment with all the amenities as advertised. Neat and clean. Housekeeping was very good. Bath tub was leaking though, which meant preparing and using it was a nightmare. Shower pressure was very bad. Might be these issues were in an apartment and would not be there for an actual hotel room, that I am not sure of. Buggy was available promptly on call for transfer from an apartment to main hotel building for breakfast. Breakfast: It was an average breakfast. You could request for extras to be made on order like dosa etc. Taste was just okay. Variety was just like many others on the palm. Spa: One of the best spa I have used in Dubai. I am comparing it to Zabeel Saraye, Raffles, and Atlantis. You can access spa for free if you have purchased any experiences. I really enjoyed my hammam and massage. Excellent staff. Staff: Was very kind and helpful. Gym: Gym had its own steam room and sauna. Very neat and clean. Additional: Restaurants on site are very good. Must try Porters Bar and Grill Steak. As we travelled during the war time therefore many restaurants had different opening timings than usual. Beach 2 was closed and so one of the pools on site. But available beach and pool was well maintained and good."
