I was glad we were in a room just steps from the pool, although no towels were provided. We needed to go get them from the front desk. Room was excellent, staff tried to be accomadating but had limited resources. All staff were always smiling and polite. Breakfast was mediocre with both taste and offerings. Shawn C.

Front staff was excellent. Our state was very well however we did not get towels for every single day that we stayed there and housekeeping did not make accommodations to clean the room while we were away at work. Other than that it was a really good stay.

The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was okay, but we couldn't do it every morning so we went to Bob Evans nextdoor or tried to find a diner. The pool was nice; I'm pretty sure it was salt water and not frigid. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

Disappointing Stay — Photos Don’t Match Reality Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel did not match the expectations set by the photos on Expedia. The room had an old, musty smell and did not feel as clean as it should have. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, including the elevator and common areas, was not up to my standard. The amenities were also quite limited, although there is a pool. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the location is very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, I feel the property looks considerably better in the Expedia photos than it does in person. I would recommend managing expectations when booking.

It was okay, the hallway carpet was horrible and dirty and the room had an odor, but I had Lysol and 91 percent alcohol. The bathroom around the baseboard was not too clean, but my grandson enjoyed the pool and staff was great. Need upgrade on room furniture.

The staff was great and the room very clean. The pool was nice for its soze and the hot tub was anjoyable. A few things that were negatives were the toilets are a very low height and made it uncomfortable to use. The breakfast options were also lacking for the cost we spent to stay. Most of the options did not taste well or were cold when they were expected to be hot. We had to go to a neighboring restaurant to feed all the people in our party before checking out of our stay. The pop machine on the 3rd floor was also empty and I had to go to the 1st floor to get a beverage.

Based on location is why I booked hotel. Check in process went smooth and front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I would not stay at hotel again. The breakfast did not provide enough options for our party, but it was nice that a Bob Evan's was next door. Also, hotel should not provide linens with stains. Does not matter that they have been washed; seeing blood stains does not make patrons feel good about hotel.
