Monica, our host, was incredibly helpful and always responded quickly to any questions. People in Cazadores are very proud of their community and welcoming to visitors. "Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Der Obstkorb, die Brötchen und die Eier zur Begrüßung waren ebenfalls sehr nett. Die Eigentümer sprechen nur Spanisch. Sie wohnen anscheinend nur noch teilweise auf dem Hof. Es kam aber jeden Tag jemand, um Esel und Pfauen zu versorgen. Das Haus an sich ist wie auf den Bildern im Inserat abgebildet und super gepflegt! Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, nur in der Küche fehlten uns einige scharfe Küchenmesser, ein Schälmesser und eine Knoblauchpresse. Leider...

"We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel grounds were beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the facilities were great, and the food was good and reasonably priced. The only area that could be improved is the housekeeping, as the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again."

"As a whole the place was amazing! Staff were helpful n friendly, activities for children and a very beautiful place all round. The only thing I'd say was the dinner wasn't nice at all, breakfast was great and food by the pool restaurant at lunch was very nice but the dinner was very disappointing. I'd definitely recommend people/families to come to this resort as we really had a great time, close to Aqualand and other attractions. Location was perfect. I'd like to thank the staff that helped us along the way and Kim at the reception desk. Will definitely be back!!! Gracias!!"

"Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto Rico Mall para poder cambiar."
