Très bon emplacement dans un quartier qu’on aime, en face de la plage du môle.Malheureusement plus de vue sur mer, gros bâtiment en construction qui gâche toute la vue. Appartement à potentiel agréable, mais pas du tout hygiénique. Des panières en tissu de partout dont une toute « pourri », des stickers sur l’abattant des toilettes — nid à microbes, avec un tableau à côté des toilettes posé à même le sol rempli de moisi …,douche vieille et sale, des housses de chaise dégoûtantes, et alors sans parler des fauteuils en simili cuir qui se détériore , c’est une catastrophe impossible de s’assoir sans avoir des morceaux partout…, une vieille cafetière à filtre à disposition pas pratique du tout .. bref très deçu
