"The corners of room and toilet/wet room was really dirty, the toilet had a smell a pee, there wasn't no sanitary bag or bin bags. The bed sheets was done in a rush not done properly. Not worth it my money I have been other yotel in london super spotless "

"We’ve stayed here 4 times over the last 4 years and always enjoyed it as a great location but it was a shame to see that this year the bar and restaurant was no longer there and one of the lifts was out of service the entire weekend and when you’re on the 6th floor it wasn’t ideal as often the lifts were full so had a long wait. "

"Breakfast menu and food was excellent- so fresh and delicious. Rooms clean and lovely pool and leisure facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Manchester. Very close to trains and trams also. "

"The room had a very odd smell and we were unable tonopen any windows. The windows were also so dirty, it was hard to see through them. The bathroom had no extractor fan so it became very steamy, very quickly and the only place for the steam to go, was into the bedroom once the door was open. There were a lot of very drunk people hanging around the lobby at all hours and the police pulled up a few times. Good points are that check in is quick and efficient, location is fantastic and the beds were comfy."

"One lift was broken, the other 2 were very busy so took over 20 minutes to get from floor 6 to ground floor. Room was ok but definitely not worth the price. We had to book slot at pool but were no available beds so did not see the point in booking a slot if people are able to stay there all day and not give everyone the ability to use beds etc. "
