Beautiful. Cosy hotel and fabulous customer service.

This hotel is great. I loved the evening reception as it can be boring and lonely when you stay in hotels a lot. The rooms are spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff are all really friendly, especially Maria. An unexpected surprise was the laundry facilities. We have been on a very long trip and it was great to be able to get rid of the laundry burden that had been piling up. Breakfast had a good range of options and the shops on Broadway are easy to walk to. I would definitely recommend...

Large clean room with lots of storage, good kitchen facilities and good wifi. Good selection for breakfast too and several options close by for food.

Had a fantastic stay here for 5 nights. The hotel is lovely, and an added bonus I didn’t know before I booked it was they had free paddle boards and kayaks for hire on Lake Placid. A few of the gas fire pits were out of gas which was a shame. The location was great, close to the shops on mirror lake and plenty of things to do like Whiteface mountain.

Overall a great hotel and close to town/lake, local amenities and attractions. The place has a great bar and has good amusements and amenities as well to keep you amused throughout the day if you don't go out.

Lovely hotel, the rooms were very clean & fresh looking. Friendly & welcoming staff. Great location for walking to bars & restaurants. Plenty parking.great bar. Would stay here again.

Great location and good space

If you want a good clean hotel with friendly staff to stay for a night then this is the place. Breakfast was self serve and sufficient - exactly what we expected. Pool was more like a big bath though....

Typical HGI - functional & clean. Good wifi in room. Restaurant food is good, but expensive.

This lodge appears to have been very recently refurbished to a high standard. Nice beds and furniture in the room, plenty of space, nice coffee machine, 40" LCD TV. As it was a quiet time year (assume high season is for skiing) the manager wasn't there but he emailed me an access code a few days prior and also followed up with recommendations on where to eat etc. Cleaning staff also gave advice on the local area.
