"We stayed two nights at this hotel. On the second day the bed was not made, fresh towels were not provided and toilet paper was not replenished. At about 10 p.m. of the second day we had no toilet paper and contacted the emergency numbers given to us. We got a recording saying "Leave a message" and ..."
