Located in CBD and handy to shops and eateries (China Town and food court is just across the street). Carpark is a little inconvenient as is located in public parking building offsite. Communication by hotel can be better as no notice about no housekeeping on Sunday. Overall a good accomodation and will recommend to visitors to the city.

Typically Sunday's, there is limited housekeeping staff. They are available to service only new arriving rooms for the day. The 2 bedroom apartment that we stayed in was very clean and spacious. We loved the location too, very close to the Adelaide Markets and CBD. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We had 2 connected rooms and shared a nice living room area and kitchen. Very nice place to stay. A bit far away from Rundle Mall and shopping centre, need to walk there for about 15mins. It was quiet nearby, but this made us sleep well at nights.

I loved that it was one block from Central Markets, short walk to Rundle mall and trams, great apartment. Only thing I would change would be to get bed topper for bed to make more comfortable. Very clean and had washer and dryer. Wonderful!

I’m sure that a stay here ordinarily would be fine. However, at the time of my stay the street was closed on the day of my checkout, which led to an incredibly stressful experience. First of all, they forgot to give me my parking card that gave me access to the car park across the street. On entering the car park I was instead issued with a ticket. The hotel then swapped the ticket for a hotel parking card, saying I should be able to get out with that. This was incorrect and as a result, I was not able to exit the parking station without paying for parking a second time. Then I drove around for an hour trying to find somewhere near the hotel so I could run the parking card back to them because the instructions they printed for me did not indicate all the closed roads. In the end I had to drive down a closed street and park illegally just to return a parking pass that I never used. It added an hour of driving to what was already going to be a six hour trip. So whilst the accommodation and staff were pleasant, the overall experience was negative.

Dear Kylie, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and we sincerely apologise for any issues incurred. The Adelaide City Council advised us of the road closures for the Annual Christmas Pageant just 2 days before the event, unfortunately we did not know prior that it would affect us. We chose to write a letter and create a detailed map with where road closures would be, and hand delivered this to every apartment with parking. In addition we called all guests who would be departing the morning of the event to discuss the road closures and provided alternate parking on side streets, we also displayed signage in our elevators with the above information. We are very sorry if the road closures on the day were different to our maps - we hope you understand we did our very best to communicate everything we had received from the council to our guests to try and avoid any issues on the day. We do appreciate your feedback so we can discuss with our team what we could do differently in the event this happens again. We are sorry that the parking left a negative impact on what was a nice stay, we have refunded your parking today and hope you will accept this as an apology on our behalf. We hope to welcome you back in the future and show you a positive experience at Quest on Franklin. Thank you Kylie.

Very nice and comfortable. Only problem we had was with parking since it was across the street and in a parking garage. Not particularly convenient (no valet services for cars or luggage). Otherwise, very convenient and accommodating.

The location on Franklin street was quiet yet only a short walk to the Adelaide Central Market and fantastic cafes like Crack Kitchen. Also close to the Kings Williams Street free Tram. We found the apartment to be spacious but expected a more comfortable bed and modern TV plus in room snacks as the accom was listed as 4.5 stars. Staff were lovely and tried to be helpful but communicationwas a bit difficult due to lack of fluent english with front desk staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our long stay but would not spend more than a few nights there again. .

Great place to stay
Our stay at the Quest on Franklin was great. We had the 1 bedroom executive room and it was super spacious. The room and bathroom were clean and neat. The kitchen was well equipped with good condition items (but we did not use it). The location was great for us - near to Central Market, Chinatown and walking distance to Rundell Mall. Overall we are very very pleased with our accommodation. We will stay there again when we are in Adelaide.

We have stayed at Quest on Franklin multiple times and it is always reliable, comfortable, quiet and convenient. It's starting to age a little but still in very good condition. We had no issues at all and had a very convenient suite with two bedroom apartment connected to a one bed apartment to accommodate the 6 of us. Easy walking distance to Adelaide Central Markets and tramline. Would highly recommend.
